Delivery to UK mainland postcodes will be free of charge, except for Scottish Highlands.
We use DPD as our courier service and aim to deliver within 24-48 hours within mainland UK when possible.
You can download the free DPD app to ensure you don’t miss your delivery and track your order. We will send you confirmation that your order is being processed; with a further notification once it has been dispatched. You will then receive a notification from DPD with delivery updates.
Depending on the size of your order and your location, orders may be dispatched to you on pallets through a pallet delivery company. We use several of such companies depending on suitability of whether the delivery address is within United Kingdom or Overseas. Should this be the case we will inform you of the delivery tracking details upon dispatch.
We have a next day collection service available; please call us once you have placed your order to arrange your collection time.
We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days to these locations, however times and rates vary for these destinations according to the delivery address’ postcode. A delivery surcharge will apply to deliveries to these regions. Please contact us before you place your order, so we can calculate and quote you accurately for these charges.
For deliveries outside of United Kingdom, please contact us prior to placing your order, so that we can quote you accurately for the delivery charges depending on the size of your order and location, and method of delivery (eg. By sea, land or air)
In the unlikely event that any of our goods happens to be faulty, we will replace or refund them as required, once they have been returned to us within 7 days from receipt, and we will bear the carriage charges. If you wish to return these goods because they are simply not required, they will need to be returned at your expense plus a further 5% handling fee.
